At El Paredón GT, we want your experience to be perfect. If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, this policy explains the deadlines and conditions for refunds.

Cancellation Deadlines

More than 48 hours in advance

Full refund of 100%. Processed within 5–10 business days.

Between 24 and 48 hours in advance

50% refund or 100% credit to reschedule for another available date.

Less than 24 hours in advance

No monetary refund. 80% credit to reschedule within the next 6 months.

Cancellation Due to Weather or Force Majeure

If El Paredón GT cancels the activity due to adverse weather conditions or force majeure, you are entitled to a 100% full refund or free rescheduling.

How to Request a Refund

  2. We will confirm the amount according to the indicated deadlines.
  3. The refund will be credited to the same payment method used.

This little beach town is delightfully underdeveloped, authentic, and relaxed. This is not a resort town by any means. Lots of small hotels and hostels. The temperature stays hot at night, and you might have difficulty sleeping. The beach was mostly clean, and the waves were good.
