From now on, all product returns purchased will be exclusively processed through Amazon. To request a return, the customer must follow the following steps:

Access their Amazon account and select the "return product" option in the corresponding section.

Indicate the reason for the return and request the corresponding authorization.

Send the product to Superstar following the instructions that Amazon will provide.

Regarding our return policies, Superstar will only accept returns of products within seven calendar days from the date of the invoice, as long as the following conditions are met:

The product must be sealed in the original factory packaging and with its label.

The product must not present damage to the packaging or signs of mishandling.

Products on sale cannot be exchanged or returned.

We do not offer size exchanges, so we recommend that customers verify their size before making the purchase using our size guide.

In addition, shipping costs will be covered by the final customer.
