All orders are processed and shipped by Amazon. Please allow for additional processing time during holidays and sale seasons. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the date of your order and shipped the next day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, please allow 3-5 business days to process. After that, it will take between 12-20 business days for delivery in the United States, and between 15-30 business days for international orders (depending on location).

Will I be charged taxes and customs?

The prices shown on our website are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for taxes and duties once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office.
